1. Machine output power + HORN expansion ratio = actual available power.
It can be seen that when ultrasonic welding is performed on a certain product, the output power of the machine is stronger from the viewpoint of planning and design, and the smaller than the expansion ratio of the HORN is designed.
On the contrary, the smaller the output power of the machine, the larger the expansion ratio of the HORN design. For example: 2200W ultrasonic fusion splicer, HORN expansion ratio is 2.5 times. When changing to a 3200W ultrasonic fusion splicer, the expansion ratio of HORN may be as long as 1.5 times. However, it does not emphasize that the output of the welding machine of the ultrasonic welding machine is large, but it is necessary to give the most suitable environmental operation when performing ultrasonic welding on a plastic product. Therefore, it is also found that when a plurality of people or units use a common air pressure and voltage source, since the air compressor usually sets the air pressure inside the air storage cylinder to be lower than 2 to 4 kg, the air is automatically filled and filled. This is the cause of the error.
When the air pressure source reaches the welding machine through the pipeline, due to the fast welding speed, the air pressure of the first ultrasonic welding and the air pressure remaining in the pipeline for the second or third time also form an error, which will result in periodic or non-periodic quality changes.. The voltage is also due to the power company's output and millions of people have the opportunity to use it at the same time. The voltage drop generated at this time is not what we can control, so the pressure and voltage variables do make the energy output change, really cause changes in energy output. Of course it must be listed as a diagnostic item.
 
Countermeasures: If you want higher quality, such as the product needs less than 0.02m/m, or the weld line fusion condition needs to be more than 90%, the design engineer must be familiar with the ultrasonic welding equipment according to the planning order; 2. Decide Product function; 3. Familiar with the correspondence between ultrasonic and plastic welding; 4. Add voltage stabilizer as much as possible.
